About
My name is Garrett Schwalber
I grew up in Alaska where I fell in love with the outdoors and working with my hands. My hobbies are archery, drawing, skiing, and silver/copper smithing. I earned a Bachelors of Science - Architecture (B.S. Arch) in 2022 and a Masters of Architecture (M. Arch) in 2024 both at the University of Idaho (U of I). While at U of I, I participated In several award winning design-build projects and studied abroad in Rome, Italy for a semester. My work with three U of I design-build projects has given me experience through the whole project process from the conceptual through the completion of construction phases. My semester abroad taught me the importance and techniques of human scale design.
